Can you explain the Gold Buy Process?

We accept all 10K – 24K gold along with platinum and sterling silver.  Upon arrival at our store, we will sit with you to evaluate all of your jewelry and test it for metal content.  Once tested, we weigh all of your jewelry (separated by metal content).  After all your metal is weighed, our professional staff provides you with an appraisal of the total value.  If you are satisfied with the appraisal, we then quickly process your jewelry and immediately provide you with a check for the total amount.

How is the value of my jewelry determined?

Pricing is determined based on the current market value, metal content, and weight (grams) of your jewelry.

What are your Cash for Gold Hours?

Monday through Saturday:  10:30am – 6:00pm

Sunday:  10:30am – 4:00pm

What jewelry pieces do you recommend I trade in?

We here at The Wedding Ring Shop are most concerned with your satisfaction.  We recommend bringing in jewelry pieces that are broken, unused, and unwanted.  We send jewelry to a processing company to melt down the metal.  Therefore, craftsmanship and the general beauty of the piece are not taken into consideration.

Do you accept diamonds?

We purchase diamonds on a case-by-case basis and don’t currently accept diamonds under ¾ or over 2 carats.  We are not accepting colored stones, pearls or jade.
