Proposals
Popping the question not only takes courage, but a bit of planning and preparation as well. The moment will only happen once - so make it unforgettable! Here's a little advice for you guys out there to really sweep her off her feet.
Featured Proposal: Thompson Ah Loo & Jody Saquilon

Jody's version: Thompson and I had been dating for a year and just before our anniversary, he was deployed to Afghanistan. It was such a long year to go thruogh with him not here, it made us realize that absence truly does make the heart grown fonder. In the meantime, I had two jobs, part time school and a nephew on the way to keep me busy. His deployment ended and he made it home just in time to celebrate our 2nd year of being together. On the morning of the proposal, I remember waking up with the sun as we had not yet put curtains in our new apartment. I thanked God for bringing him home safely and I was taking it al lin that he was back in my life on a daily-basis. No more waiting for emails or wondering when the next phone call would come. He was right there just smiling back at me. He told me to close my eyes because he had a surprise for our anniversary. "Jody Christine Saquilon, will you marry me?" Of course I said Yes. "Good, now you can wake up with me every day for the rest of your life." Thompson decided to propose to me with a standard solitaire setting and we went back to the Wedding Ring Shop to pick out a setting that I liked. I've never researched diamonds before this or even thought about stepping into the Wedding Ring Shop. But the staff at WRS were so helpful and they taught me all about diamonds in general as well as the Hearts On Fire collection. They really worked with me to find something that suited me and I found my simple, yet elegant 3-stone setting.
