For this reason, we offer a Lifetime Diamond Replacement Warranty. This policy assures that we'll replace any diamond that separates from its setting and is lost due to regular wear, with a new diamond of equivalent retail value, throughout your lifetime.

This assurance is provided as long as your diamond and its mounting receive regular cleaning and inspection once a year, for which we will maintain an electronic record.

Kindly note, to uphold the integrity of this Lifetime Warranty, any servicing or adjustments to the ring must only be performed by The Wedding Ring Shop's trained professionals.

In some instances, we may recommend replacing a prong or another part of the ring mounting. When such repairs or replacements are necessary, a nominal fee might be charged. It's also important to remember that our Lifetime Warranty doesn't cover accidental damage, loss, or theft of the diamond and its mount.
